ARCA formalizes changes in two Customs sub-directorates

Today, in the Official Gazette, the Customs Rehabilitation and Control Agency (ARCA) made official changes to its organizational structure.

By Provision 181/2025, was appointed Diego Mariano Liberatore as Deputy Director General of the General Subdirectorate of Metropolitan Customs OperationsLiberatore was previously serving as Acting Director of the Ezeiza Customs Office, within the General Directorate of Customs.

For its part, the Provision 183/2025 appointed to María Carolina Caironi Corral as Deputy Director General of the Technical Legal Customs General Subdirectorate, in the field of General Directorate of Customs.

With these appointments, the current structure of the General Directorate of Customs is made up as follows:

  • Jose Andres Velis, Managing Director of the General Directorate of Customs (Decree 954/2024).
  • Horacio Raul Alasia, Deputy Director General of the General Subdirectorate of Customs Operations of the Interior (Provision 209/2024).
  • Diego Carlos Figueroa, Deputy Director General of the General Subdirectorate of Customs Control (Provision 169/2024).
  • Diego Mariano Liberatore, Deputy Director General of the General Subdirectorate of Metropolitan Customs Operations (Provision 181/2025).
  • María Carolina Caironi Corral, Deputy Director General of the Technical Legal Customs General Subdirectorate (Provision 183/2025)
