AFIP extends various tax benefits until September 30

The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) extended until September 30 the validity of various tax benefits to alleviate the economic impact of the pandemic, through the General resolutions 4802/2020 y 4806/2020 published this Monday (31.08.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette.

To this end, the AFIP extended the suspension of embargoes for small and medium-sized businesses for one month (SMEs) and extended the decision not to initiate tax executions.

Likewise, The tax authority has decided to maintain a set of measures during September regarding payment facilitation plans for companies, self-employed individuals and freelancers.

Within this framework, it extended the benefits for permanent plans in terms of interest rates, number of installments and risk rating provided for "early adhesion."

It also established that the category of the will not be considered Risk Profile System (SIPER) of individuals who process plans to regularize obligations of the Income and Personal Property taxes.

The agency also guaranteed the possibility of regularizing these obligations in up to three installments and with a 25% down payment, without taxpayers being conditioned by their risk profile.

Furthermore, extended the adherence to the new payment facility regime that allows regularizing obligations tax, customs and social security from outdated plans.
